This people strategy may include recruiting, coaching, developing, due diligence, assessment, compensation, etc… but always with a growth focus. With over 20 years of European and global experience in HR, also at executive level, I can design and operationalize the fitting people strategy or solution. In short, I’m a Talent practitioner, supporting business growth through people.

I enjoy complex HR assignments, in- and outside Europe. Turning a people issue, individual or collective, into a business solution, according to the highest ethical standards and in full compliance, outweighs any other HR-practice. I favour creativity and innovation but pragmatism, customer focus and results are three key ingredients of any valuable HR solution. Flexibility and maturity are part of my DNA.
